Walmart offers the PNY 32GB Metal Attache USB 2.0 Flash Drive, model no. P-FDU32G/APPMT2-GE, for $5.49. (Amazon charges the same with free shipping for Prime members, although it's temporarily out of stock.) That's the lowest price we could find by $10 and the best we've seen. It features a capless design.
